There are so many different ways to exercise, we can never be stuck on just one way. Many exercise programs do not progress properly. This often times leads to pain, injury, and causes people to stop working out. We will put together a plan to build your fitness level safely from your current level to more challenging exercises only when you are ready for it. To achieve results you do not need to push yourself to extreme limits. We will build your strength properly and you will experience exercise like you might never have before through the power of proper progression.

The foundation of strength and joint health is in the ability to control your body. Muscular control, balance, stability, and mobility are essential. Workouts are based on ability and tolerance - as opposed to maximum weights and reps. I provide my clients with the highest level of personal training for your specific goals utilizing a variety of methods and strategies that I have learned through formal education, self study, scientific principles, and 20+ years of exercise experience.
